Perch Progress: restoration continues
The work continues! We know it may seem slow going, and with historic restorations is often is, but there is a lot of work going on at Perch. We have a great new upstairs neighbor joining us and the brick work on the exterior has begun. The entire inside of the building has been rebuilt and carefully engineered to ensure this will be a neighborhood landmark for a long time. Check facebook and instagram, as we will update you with all of our progress!
By our research, these windows haven’t been open since around 1920. Why they were closed up is still a mystery, but we are so excited to let all this natural light back in to what will be our dining space. Who’s excited?!
